What to do now?

• Confirm we have your most up to date contact information. Both email and phone will be critical for logging into your new online banking account on March 16.
• Download your account statement history if you want access to more than 18 months of account statements. You can ask your banker if you aren't sure how.
• Opt into eStatements if you haven't already to ensure you are never charged a fee (fee varies depending on account type).

What's coming soon?

• February 12 - Watch your mailbox and inbox for a detailed welcome booklet and letter on using online banking.
• February 25 – Be on the lookout for information on how to log into online banking for the first time.
• March 1 - New Debit / ATM cards delivered - DO NOT ACTIVATE until March 16.
• March 6 - You'll no longer be able to edit or add new Bill Pay items.

What to expect the weekend of changeover?

• March 13 - Branches are open normal hours. Branches and online banking access both end at 5:00 PM.
• March 14-15 - Branches are closed and online banking remains unavailable. Transaction data will not be updated in real-time.

What to expect when the changeover is complete?

• Branches open on March 16 at 9:00 AM as First Financial Bank.
• You can activate your new debit card.
• It is time to log into online banking for the first time! Explore your new online banking platform.
• Check that all of your bill pay information has transferred over correctly. When automated withdrawals are supposed to come out, make sure to check that they come out as they are supposed to.
• Want to use Zelle®? Gives us a call after March 16 at 833-536-3100, or visit us in the branch, to get set up quickly and easily!
• Stop by a branch and get some treats, First Financial Bank swag and ask any questions you have.

• Explore f1RSTNAVIGATOR™ for all your payment, treasury services, reporting needs, and more. Call us to active your new f1RSTNAVIGATOR™ digital banking solution. Visit our dedicated First Navigator page for resources and activate your business Debit card.
• Positive Pay - It's important to note that you'll need to review and decided your Positive Pay exceptions. With First Financial, the payment will default to 'returned' if not decisioned and will be automatically returned.
• Remote Deposit Capture Transition - If using Remote Deposit Capture, watch for an email from @tacsuperior.com later this month. We're using a technology partner Superior Press to help you get setup smoothly and easily.
• You will not be able to make deposits after March 16th until your new system has been set up.
• Stop by a branch and get some treats, First Financial Bank swag and ask any questions you have, or call your business banker - they are ready to help!
